We collect information to provide premium roasting and delivery services to you, including:
- Identity & Account Details: Name, Email address, mobile number, and birthday.
- Saved Locations: Stored shipping and pickup addresses.
- Payment Details: Transaction records (all credit card/UPI transactions are handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store raw credentials).
- Device Data: Cookies, IP address, and browser configurations.
2. How We Use Your Data
We utilize your personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, and deliver your coffee and bake orders.
- Authenticate logins using secure phone OTP codes.
- Manage and credit rewards, wallet balance, and coin ledger transactions.
- Send news, promotions, or roasting announcements (if subscribed to our newsletter).
3. Information Sharing
Bunosilo Estate does not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We share data only with third-party logistics/delivery partners (to ship orders) and secure payment processors (Razorpay) as required to finalize transactions.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. In compliance with privacy regulations, we provide a deactivation request button on the Profile settings tab. If requested, your login profile, wallet logs, and addresses will be permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
We implement SSL encryption and secure firewalls to guard your data. Your connection to Bunosilo Estate website and backend APIs is fully encrypted.
