Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We ship our fresh coffee beans, ground coffee, and select accessories to addresses all across India. Fresh bakes, ready-brewed coffees, and dine-in food items are currently restricted to local delivery/pickup ranges in locations surrounding our physical cafés in Kolkata.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping fee is ₹50 for orders below ₹699. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders above ₹699.

3. Roasting & Delivery Timelines

To guarantee absolute freshness, we roast in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

• Metro Locations: Dispatched items arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
• Other Locations: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Store Pickups

If you select Store Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared fresh by our baristas at the chosen café location. You must choose a valid pickup time slot restricted to the store timings (which is editable by admin). Pickup orders are prepared and held for a maximum of 4 hours past the selected time slot.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Since coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged package or the wrong grind size, please contact us immediately at info-bunosilo@gmail.com with pictures of the package, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.
